M. Blaydes Fox is the founder of Fox Insurance Agency, PLLC, and a lifelong resident of Olive Hill, Kentucky. Raised in a family with strong professional and community values, he was influenced early on by his father, a respected local attorney with over 30 years in private practice—including 12 years as County Attorney—and his mother, a clinical nutritionist with more than three decades of experience in dialysis care, small business ownership, and active community involvement.
With a diverse background spanning manufacturing, construction, and telecommunications, Mr. Fox brings a unique perspective to the insurance industry. His experience includes infrastructure work across the U.S., hands-on building projects, and even volunteer service in Guatemala, where he contributed to the reconstruction of a children’s center. This breadth of experience allows him to relate to clients from all walks of life and deliver solutions that are both practical and personalized.
After transitioning into sales, he quickly discovered a passion for helping others—earning trust through honest conversations and needs-based guidance rather than high-pressure tactics. Recognizing a critical gap in his hometown's insurance landscape, he established Fox Insurance Agency to offer transparent, client-focused coverage options tailored to the Olive Hill community.
